Had to deal with idiots maintenance not doing job right do bad to where they had to complete disable and disassemble my thermostat due to malfunction and inoperable status causing me undue suffering in 86 degree apartment and it be 92 degrees outside and even sent a notarized signed letter certified mail requiring signature for repairs ora been a month in a half and still nothing done plus my apartment has numerous code violations
My air and heat have been out for two weeks now. I honestly wouldn’t care if it was just me, but I have a two year old little boy who has either been sweating or freezing with this bipolar weather. Our apartment either reaches 85 degrees when it’s hot outside or reaches 52 when it’s cold out. They have not come to check our home, or called to tell us how long it’ll be.
