Worst management team ever. August and still no pool open. Management is a joke. They are never there. When they are, they are rude and don’t want to work. They give you attitude and act like they are doing you a favor to do their job. Save yourself some time and money and trouble. This is not the place to be. I’m moving. Management (Joanne& Jamie) SUCKS!
July almost August and they haven't open the pool.
I can say I was forewarned about Summit, see why the name was changed from Ambassador but any way they kept my $150.00 which I knew the application fee of $55 was non refundable but I was mislead about the 150.00. You hardly ever can reach a real person on the phone. I hope you do something productive with MY $150 contribution
I am grateful for the assistance the staff offers to ensure that I am satisfied with my apartment.
Pretty quiet chill spot to live .location is excellent five minutes from target and right off a primary main road for easy travel to work but tucked away enough so you’re not hearing constant cars and traffic also in walking distance from a fire department, which is very nice For safety reasons But above all else, the management and the workers, specifically Chelsea have been outstanding.
