i'm currently residing here and they fired the best maintenance man who actually like his job and got it done. i'm telling you do not come here if you want quality maintenance bc they fired bro for no reason
Great work, very attentive, i love living here with my family.
Nicki from corporate office is there handling things now. She is really trying to turn things around. I see some improvements. She is really concerned. There are still a lot of opportunities, such as the pool not being opened all summer & still not open, they can't keep any maintenance help, maintaining the grounds & the area where furniture is dumped, parking lot lines need to be replaced. I moved in at the end of May and it was a big mistake. I've had constant issues, some I reported when I moved in and still haven't been addressed. I tried to be patient, but their communication and customer service is the worst! Yes, you save a few dollars on rent, but you get what you pay for and this is a great example of that. Don't even do it!!
