I love it here. Super close to work and popular restaurants. I have two dogs and having a fenced dog park for them to run around in is super nice. Maintenance is on point. Shortly after I moved in, my AC stopped working and they had someone out same day to look at my AC unit and they had it fixed. With the recent back to back ice and snow storms, I got a ceiling leak stemming from the chimney/fireplace and it was fixed in a timely manner. This place has changed my perspective on it. At first I was at a one star, but in time, I see that this place has potential and management has been amazing. Kenneth, you’ve been amazing. I recently just moved into my apartment and I love it! Mr. Kenny is awesome and helpful! He shows that he is not just apart of the office staff, but that he is dedicated to making the tenants happy and community better than what it may have been before to some. My move-in process was very smooth and I love that I am in a good area where I’m close to a lot including my workplace.
After a challenging start to try to tour the apartments, Kenneth went above and beyond to give the tour of the apartment and community facilities. I appreciate his time and effort!
