I love living at Summit EASTCHESTER I’ve been living here going on 3 years now. My neighbors are awesome and Tasha and Kinney in the office are always there to help with any problem. There is a sense of family here. I enjoy swimming at the pool and just stopping by the clubhouse for a coffee and a treat for my dog Rowdy. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to everything. I love it here!

I've lived at The Summit at Eastchester since 2024, and the difference since the new management team took over has been remarkable. They've truly invested in improving the community, and it shows. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office staff is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about resident concerns. It has been an excellent experience living here. The apartments are comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious, and there is a nice outdoor area where you can have your own space and decorate it with plants. The management team is also excellent and always provides great service.
