The lawnmower company broke my balcony door on 6/16. The landlord said they would fix it right away and install a new balcony door. I been waiting patiently since 6/16. I still haven’t been able to use my back porch. This is a security hazard and makes me feel uncomfortable living here under these conditions. I highly don’t recommend living here!!!
Do not rent here. Nothing but problems. What more can I say. If you want to live in a nightmare this is the place.
Living here has been an absolutely wonderful experience from day one. The apartment complex is beautifully maintained, with clean, inviting spaces that truly make it feel like home. I love it here. Super close to work and popular restaurants. I have two dogs and having a fenced dog park for them to run around in is super nice. Maintenance is on point. Shortly after I moved in, my AC stopped working and they had someone out same day to look at my AC unit and they had it fixed. With the recent back to back ice and snow storms, I got a ceiling leak stemming from the chimney/fireplace and it was fixed in a timely manner. This place has changed my perspective on it. At first I was at a one star, but in time, I see that this place has potential and management has been amazing. Kenneth, you’ve been amazing. You’re the best property manager I have ever had before. I can genuinely say my daughter and I have grown on this place. I appreciate you for all you do.
