We have a particular problem with resident, Nanci Courtney, who gets in the way of the cleaning staff and makes their services more difficult than necessary. Cleaning companies like AMS have their own professional standards and don't need overbearing rude clients in a great place like the Ambassador to interfere with their respected service. Other than that, a great place to live in a great location.
Nice, classic, and quaint location in the heart of downtown Portland. Pros and cons reflect that aspect as well as with any event or situation in the downtown area can be heard inside as the building is historically aged. The trade off is an amazing location, great team overseeing the area, and proximity to countless fun hot spot activities in the area.
