Terrible hotel with rude manager. There’s a reason got kicked out of Hyatt. Run down — would run far away!
Not worth dealing with rude management, not hospitable, just a dump. Stay anywhere else, so many better hotels in Chicago
Unethical practices! This property has recently changed ownership. Initially, the terms with the Hyatt sale was that Ambassador would honor existing reservations. Apparently, they canceled reservations instead and offered the rooms at a much higher rate when patrons showed up at check-in.
I am very disappointed with this hotel. I was surprised to pay USD 415 at check-in. Now I saw that I was charged an additional USD 134 in my credit card, which would have been refunded. Please take care with this hotel.
