I brought my new Audi A3 for a complete wash after a trip to Texas on 8/23/15. They sprayed acid on the car to remove the bugs from the rear view mirrors and ended up damaging all the aluminum trim around the car as well as the plastic black trim. The bill to repair all this damage is over $1600.00. DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. Unless you want your vehicle worked on only enough to get you out the door. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change thinking that the last time they took a long time but they seemed genuine in their apology. Who would think that a company who prides itself on being in business for 50 years would be anything other than who they appear to be? Horrible place!! – HORRIBLE!! Do NOT go there under any circumstances!! Went for an oil change and car wash. The car wash was ok - nothing special. The oil change - that's another story. The workers are rude! It almost 2 hours for just the oil change and that's AFTER it was pulled into the bin!!! I was talking with other customers about why it was taking so long. I made the comment that there was nothing special about my truck and I had it done in less than 30 minutes at several other places like Jiffy Lube, Toyota, etc. The... read more

DO NOT GO THERE – Each time I have gone there, I had somethng either break, scratched or damaged on my vehicle. The owner is very rude to the customers when they report a damage, and says that you bought you vehicle in with the damage and that they are not responsible. Forget about trying to get compensated for the damage. Instead you will get abused. Customer service is as poor as it gets in this institution. I will NOT recommend this car wash to anyone. DON"T GO TO AMBASSADOR CAR WASH! – This problem happened at the beginning of 2009. I brought my car to Ambassador Car wash to get it washed and buffed. When I got it back, I had spots of paint burned off the back off my bumper. When I told them about it, they just said it was already like that, but if you look at it you can tell it was done by a buffer. I brought it to a few specialist and they said it was done by a buffer. I give them an F – F My vehicle's paint was chipped when it was waxed. No apology was given, the blame is trying to be shifted, and the owner has not yet gotten back to me. I suggest going to Todd's car wash it is accredited.

OK.. but certainly not the best. – Not as good as other places in Lafayette. The lube shop is pretty good, just the customer service wasn't too great. The sales girl just handed me a menu clip board and didn't talk to me, except to tell me to go inside. The job was alright, not what I'd expect to get for a full service car wash.
