Makenzie helped sort thru our ideas in their showroom and then came to the house with samples. They double checked the measurements a few days later. I wanted Retractable Screens installed on my Patio. After researching, and passing on several companies, I found Ambassador Blinds...thank goodness! the BEST is worth waiting for! We had a good experience with Ambassador Blind and Shutter, however looking back at the cost we shouldn’t have ever gone with them. We love to support local, but wow the price is so ridiculous it is infuriating. We could have gotten the same blinds with motorized closing for 1/4 the price we paid for the basic blinds. Not sure how this company can legitimize these prices and will not be doing business with them again.
