The sloping lawns are attractive for me as an outdoorsy person. I love the landscaping being wide and open. I also really like how bright everything is. It feels welcoming and warm. I also like that the apartments have ceiling fans. One less thing I have to buy and add to the place.
Ambassador Arms is great when you want to get off campus (SVSU) and away from the dorms. They're in a decent price range for a college student and it's quiet because it's not a ton of students living here. I like the lawns and the open spaces of the complex. It doesn't feel crowded at all. I also like that there's so many ammenitites. My friends go to MSU and for the same perks of my apartment, they pay double. Definitely gonna stay here for a while.
Having moved out of my parents' house for the first time, I didn't even think of all the things I would need like kitchen utensils and whatnot. It was nice to have a dishwasher and a microwave and blinds already when I got there. My apartment was also set up for cable already so I didn't have to jump through hoops to get my Comcast.
My one bedroom is a cute little place perfect for one and a small pet. Laundry is on site, making laundry day easier. I like the views from my windows. Lots of grass and flowers on the grounds of the complex. I also like that is's far enough from SVSU that I don't get the campus traffic in my area (or the noise).
Ambassador Arms has been my home for six years now. I like my little two bedroom apartment because it's bigger than it looks. I've got closets to store things in almost every room and my living room is nice and open. I wish I had more windows, but the airflow isn't too bad with the doorwall open.
