Do NOT live here. The heat is turned on at the most uncomfortable times when not needed with no in unit control. At one point there was am insect infestation that us as fourth floor tenants had to figure out ourselves. During the course of our lease at all times only half of the coin operated laundry units in the basement worked. These were all issues that did not make living here unbearable.
