Dark under the lamp. I was in the apartment for last 9 months. A horrible experiences I faced. I rented the apartment after moving to Baltimore from Japan. I was convinced for the out look. But after to the apartment I realized my mistake. Lots of problems, water clogged, water leakage from the bathroom floor, the hardwood floor getting band, non of the door can lock during summer time. I am constantly harrased at this location. Front desk or maintenance that are always out front smoking. Hidious. Unfriendly to where I'm uncomfortable entering this building. My attorney advised me to record my encounters.
Diane and her staff are professional and truly care about the residents and the building and grounds as well. Truly, they are stellar.
