The reviews helped me realize i will not stay here. An apartment complex that can’t handle its roaches, mice and bed bugs? No freaking thanks. I would be miserable here, will not be living here.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! And sort reviews by new, this place is being propped up by reviews from years ago. When it was time for my move out, MAC Properties waited until 2 days after my lease terminated to email me a move-out checklist with monetary penalties for not completing. I then got a bill for not completing these tasks that were provided to me after my lease had already ended. Does anyone know if there really is a place to store your e bikes and it be SAFE!!! My brother moved in about a month ago and only thing weve seen is homeless sneaking in and the back door being broke into so they barely latch or shut!🤦♂️🤷♂️🙀WENT OUT BACK THRU BASEMENT AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE A HOMELESS PERSON IG STAYED THE NIGHT BY THE HEATER DOWN THERE!!
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN! , Me and my boyfriend are genuinely traumatized from living here ! It is disgusting the place is infested with ROCHES AND MICE , my boyfriend stayed up countless nights chasing mice away! I couldn’t buy and groceries or they would be roches all over them !
