When it was time for my move out, MAC Properties waited until 2 days after my lease terminated to email me a move-out checklist with monetary penalties for not completing. Does anyone know if there really is a place to store your e bikes and it be SAFE!!! My brother moved in about a month ago and only thing weve seen is homeless sneaking in and the back door being broke into so they barely latch or shut!🤦♂️🤷♂️🙀WENT OUT BACK THRU BASEMENT AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE A HOMELESS PERSON IG STAYED THE NIGHT BY THE HEATER DOWN THERE!!

It is disgusting the place is infested with ROCHES AND MICE , my boyfriend stayed up countless nights chasing mice away! I couldn’t buy and groceries or they would be roches all over them ! What is this, its been like 2 months, same problem, keep on repeating even after maintenance, tell me why should we stay in ambassador apartments, or else why don’t you change elevators.
This building looks cool from outside and all of the things that looks nice does not necessarily need to be nice!! Leaky windows, sealed windows, faulty ACs, no heat you name it I had everything. My old unit have leaky windows and during winter my 1b1b unit got 200$ electric bill… for single unit and avg I paid 130$ bill. It’s so high! I complained about it.
