I’ve lived in the Lincoln Apts for 7 years. My experience has been very positive with the management company. They are doing a great service by matching the current demographic with future tenants. We are a quiet and friendly community that respects our space with neighbors. Mostly single residents of an older age group. The building is 100 years old and has fabulous character and charm. I’m looking forward to the next 7 years living here at the Lincoln.
Living here has been a great experience so far. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The parks nearby have been an added plus. There have been a few minor inconveniences with the water being temporarily shut off for maintenance, but the staff has always been proactive and communicative, giving plenty of notice and updates. That level of transparency makes a big difference and shows they care about residents. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend it as a great place to live.
Up front, don't live here unless you're really desperate. I'm not even sure where to start, I usually stay away from writing public reviews like this online, but I feel the need to warn others. To begin this has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had living in an apt and I've lived literally all over the world in great places and dumps.
