The only pro of this place is its close proximity to downtown San Mateo. Everything else is abysmal. Manager is nowhere to be found. Maintenance request are left high and dry. There’s only 1 washer/dryer working in the entire building at a time. The front door doesn’t even open properly. Packages get stone. Garbage is left out. Walls are super thin so unless you have very considerate neighbors, prepare to lose sleep. Overall, save your sanity and rent somewhere else
When I arrived in America it was my first rental. My experience was positive from the first day I went to visit. Mananger was attentive facilitating my application. As for the apartment, it was impeccable. The dependencies are clean and well maintained. Good neighbors make this place very pleasant to live in. With a great location, it becomes easy to access markets, pharmacies, banks, gyms and even Central Park, which is a pleasant place to walk with families!
I recommend it as a good place to live with the family. Great location and Security.
