I think it’s ridiculous that you’re raising the rent for the upcoming year when the students came home in March and didn’t go back due to covid. I’m sure that saved you a ton of money with utility expense.
Business response:
Not really, the fridges were all on as was the heat and we had many Apartments that were occupied the whole time. We also had to pay the wifi & cable as that is under contract. We also had increased costs for disinfecting 3 times a day and increased apartment cleaning. We were also not permitted to take tenants that hadn't paid to court. Our income is down from the previous year. Our increase was established in September due to increased operating costs, mainly water & sewer, wages and insurance costs.
Such a great place to live!! You always feel like you belong, they're eager to assist you or answer questions, and they even remember your name! A true home away from home <3
