Our dogs LOVE this vet office. They’re happy the entire time they’re there. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The vets are great. I joke that my dog tries to play sick just to take a trip to the vet. We even started boarding them here and they absolutely love it.
Thank you to Ambassador Animal Hospital for such a positive experience at a time we needed it. The positive experience started with the phone call I made to AAH to schedule an appt. The Vet Tech Sam answered the phone and patiently helped me. She was amazing on the phone and in person. When we arrived for our appt we were greeted by smiling faces. And a sweet dog Bolt. We have been pleased with our experience at Ambassador Animal Hospital. We have brought older dogs here, and most recently a new puppy. Our most basic needs to our most painful dog-owner days have been cared for by the people at AAH. We are thankful for a loving place to bring our dogs.
Really appreciate this Veterinary practice! While the location is great for me it is their professionalism, kindness and compassion that impress me. I trust them with my current pets AND when sadly I've had to do the toughest thing and put down a beloved pet who needs to cross that Rainbow Bridge, these ladies are just amazing.
I cannot say enough how much I love our vet Emily Alfieris at Ambassador Animal Hospital. After emergency surgery, tests run, labs drawn to give us answers and answers fast! regarding our dog's rare autoimmune disorder - I am convinced she's the reason our Tuck is alive and doing well!!!!! After getting answers, a change in diet and one daily medicine that Tuck will remain on, he is back to his sweet, energetic, fun loving self! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!
My dogs are usually terrified at the vet. I'm so impressed with the way your team was with them. Had juno wagging her tale which is unheard of. Very thorough, friendly, and informative.
Friendly and helpful staff. Open on Saturday mornings! My dog felt so comfortable there!
The staff is exceptional. From walking in the door to the exam we felt very comfortable with everyone.
