Heat and air conditioning and elevators don't always work. Occasional mice, continuous cockroaches and bed bugs have been issues. Management won't fix directory or freight elevator. Front door broken, so, no security!
DONT MOVE HERE OR KEMPER PLACE OR ANY APARTMENTS IN THIS AREA OWNED BY THIS COMPANY LAKESHA MILLER DID NOT INFORM ME THAT THE APARTMENTS ARE MICE INFESTED AND NOBODY COMES TO FIX ANYTHING IN YOIR APARTMENT !!!! IVE HAD ORDERS IN SINCE I MOVED IN AND NOBODY HAS CAME ! WHEN THE MAINTENANCE MAN WALKED IN AND SAW I HAD CAMERAS HE WALKES RIGHT BACK OUT ! New management company built a leasing office inside the building - being able to walk downstairs to see my property manager if I have questions is awesome
