This practice is very slow and is disorganized. The Doctor is non-existent and the PA is very busy, only spending a few minutes with me after I waited over an hour. The nurse seemed slow and did not comprehend my feedback, nor did she take the time to look into my record. Dr. Salam is a very caring Dr. who always ensures her patients get the very best care. She is very thorough and personable, while maintaining a very professional demeanor. I trust her completely. Her staff is wonderful, friendly and kind.
Dr Salam has been my PCP for decades - always thorough, patient, gentle and kind and staff that's professional & works very hard!! When I called late last Wednesday, I knew the office was in the midst of a storm in Dallas from the notice the airline had sent me about my flight home. Conveyer belt. You never actually see the doctor. Young nurse practioners who do not understand an aging woman's body. Tried to send me into an MRI and prescribe ssri's when i just needed my hormone levels checked. I almost got caught in the medical testing experimentation machine, when all i needed was a simple blood test. Not quality care. Bad office scheduling policies.
