Absolutely terrible experience. No one cares to help, the staff is rude, and you can easily wait over an hour just for someone to come to the door. If wasting your time is the goal, this is the perfect place. Zero efficiency and even less customer service.
This Amazon knows how to take of its drivers! They have water fountain with a built in ice maker which is a game changer for this summer heat !
The worst place to get unloaded, don't recommend getting a load coming to this facility...nobody cares it took them 10 hours to unload me..plz plz don't get an Amazon load this people think we get paid by the hour. Been driving for 23 years and this one of the worst places to come
