I will not be returning to this drop off center for future returns. I had three returns and did not see the credit in our Amazon account. I went back to this location asking for help. Their help is giving you a business card w customer service number. They could only acknowledge that they scanned the bar code correctly. Wonderful. You did an awesome job scanning.
