Great people work there. Go on in and see for yourself. Awesome all the way around!
No set prices on anything. Counter sales charge you what they want to based on if they like you or not. Management needs to be replaced. Definitely a failing company trying to save what's left of a worn out reputation. Will most likely not have fittings for anything other than a basic jic hydraulic hose and recommends nearby colliflower hose who actually keeps fittings in stock.
