Really disappointing finding out Amazon agreed to pay 61.7 million after the FTC alleged they withheld part of Amazon Flex drivers tips, even though drivers and customers were told they would recieve 100% of them. These drivers are out there using there own cars, gas and time making deliveries, the least they deserve is every dollar they were promised. For a company this massive its just hard to respect and definitely changed how I look at Amazon.
I've been a Prime member for a long time, but lately my orders are consistently arriving late. It's frustrating to pay for Prime shipping and not receive deliveries when promised. If Amazon can't provide the service they're advertising, they need to be more transparent about delivery times or improve their shipping reliability. Very disappointing experience.
