On June 23, 2025, multiple packages were left outside the Liberty Park community gate in Braselton,Ga , carelessly thrown on the ground by an Amazon delivery driver. This is not the first time we’ve experienced this kind of disregard for our property and security. The service has been horrible lately — completely unacceptable for a company of this size. Amazon needs to hold their drivers accountable and do better.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Amazon facility in Braselton, GA, due to the unprofessional and outright rude behavior of an employee named Monwara. Instead of providing help or showing basic courtesy, Monwara was unnecessarily disrespectful and dismissive during our interaction. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude or the way she spoke to her. so glad that Trump implemented tarrifs, maybe the Indian customer support will improve. Absolute garbage support in all aspects. I would have had better luck walking outside of my house and talking to the first rock sitting on the ground that I found. The rock would have provided better support. God bless America and bring companies that operate in America BACK TO AMERICA!!!!!!
