DSD1 is a great place to work and management Shane, Madison, Chelsea, Bailey and Daniel treat associates with respect, value employees input, listen to our concerns, encourage and help us to learn & grow! I’ve worked here for 2 years and love it!
Good place to work. Amazon has great benefits. Pay is so so but growth potential is there.
They let some one take off with my package with no way of contacting them, also they said drivers are allowed to take package home if they not delivered. They can bring the package back if they want to but not required too. DONT ORDER FROM AMAZON FLEX THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU
They delete reviews so take most 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. Do not trust any DSP here. You are more expendable and less respected than a McDs employee. Stay away from thoroughfare and arisa logistics, toxic management and dispatch. They expect u to work like a robot at any DSP. Meaning once u get the hang of delivering, they expect u to go even faster and faster and faster… oh ur tired today? GO FASTER LIKE THE ROBOT U ARE!!! Find any other minimum wage job that isnt a DSP, i beg u for ur mental health and sanity
