Terrible especially compared to the Vista warehouse which is way more organized. This warehouse/Flex station is completely chaotic and I had to ask someone what to do because it's completely different than what I'm used to. In Vista you can just drive into the warehouse and they bring the packages to your car to load. I went there for delivery, a new construction was going on and the GPS made wrong direction, when I got there one of the staff, act like a police who found a criminal. He was unbelievable rude. You are not allowed to ask a question and even threatening you why you didn't stop there and you did this and that....

This place sucks. I did a delivery on this past Sunday and I told the lady that I didn’t have enough room in my vehicle and they dock me put my status as a risk because I didn’t take 13 packages if I didn’t have room for a package why would you do me from fantastic to risk? This place is horrible. It’s very unprofessional the security have an attitude. The staff is weak is it should not be open it should be closed down.

Amazon says we cannot cut the seal, receiver says they cannot cut the seal, we the one supposed to cut the seal.
