Terrible especially compared to the Vista warehouse which is way more organized. This warehouse/Flex station is completely chaotic and I had to ask someone what to do because it's completely different than what I'm used to. In Vista you can just drive into the warehouse and they bring the packages to your car to load. This place sucks. I did a delivery on this past Sunday and I told the lady that I didn’t have enough room in my vehicle and they dock me put my status as a risk because I didn’t take 13 packages if I didn’t have room for a package why would you do me from fantastic to risk? This place is horrible. It’s very unprofessional the security have an attitude. The staff is weak is it should not be open it should be closed down.

Amazon says we cannot cut the seal, receiver says they cannot cut the seal, we the one supposed to cut the seal.

They let some one take off with my package with no way of contacting them, also they said drivers are allowed to take package home if they not delivered. They can bring the package back if they want to but not required too. DONT ORDER FROM AMAZON FLEX THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU

IS GOOD WORK IN VERY GOOD PAY RATE I give it 2 stars because the way it. Organize Is crazy. You as a driver you need to load the truck with packages in fuel the trucks in that takes Time I think the way it should be the truck should be loaded in fuel in ready to go when the driver gets there for the shift not that you have to do everything yourself find a truck load a truck in Fuel the truck
