very easy to return my Amazon item. scanned my code, put my item in the locker and 2 hours later i had my refund. couldn't have been easier.
5 stars for the staff. 2 for the location. The speed bumps around the facility were made for Amazon trucks and they want customers to drive to the backside of the building to do returns. I have to hit every mountain of a speed bump in my car and go over them at .0001 mph so I don't damage my car to get to the return center. Poor planning.
Did a Flex route with them, it has large signs directing you to where you go as a Flex driver and everyone there was super helpful
