Ive noticed my packages get delayed in twinsburg often and after reading reviews I see I'm not the only one. Everyone knows how long it takes to be able to cancel items and get your money back so this is frustrating that they keep sending things to this distribution center, i have 4 items stuck there now

My package is delayed and it's time sensitive. I needed my order today. I contacted Amazon with being redirected to 6 different associates. The seller shipped on time, Amazon didn't! I am very disappointed. I understand things happen but I ordered my product in advance not the "next day delivery". I don't usually complain but this order was very important to me to have by a certain time & day. If anyone needs anything time sensitive, order 2 months in advance. What is up with this place?! I live in Ohio. My package gets this close, then they send it to New York center. It makes it back here, then they send it to Maryland center. Why even have Prime anymore?! "2 day delivery" is 10 days. Not the first time (by far) that items needed by a certain time won't arrive until well after that date. Going to physical stores is becoming the better option. Zero stars
