YRene is terrible. Super unprofessional, had paperwork all over the place, The paperwork was not taken care of at all, they were folded with stuff on them and nothing was gathered together, mixing with another transaction (mind you these are legal documents) She tried to fill out paperwork she wasn’t authorized to, didn’t fill out paperwork correctly and has a nasty and disrespectful attitude when she’s wrong. Nothing but lies.. waited 4 months for a response and then I was told I needed a bonded title.. lol 😂 apparently wanted more money.. went to another company and already in a week got my tittle..
I would definitely recommend them to my friends. They helped me out to get a title transfer and didn't have any problems. Alejandra has great customer service.
