Purchase and installation (and repair) I purchased my california shutters from them in 2 waves. Once for the downstairs and once for the upstairs. Both times they were professional, timely during the appointments and during the installation as well. Well having a little one he decided to make some changes and warp one of the blinds. I contacted them and sent in a photo and video of what happened. I was able to bring it in and get it repaired on the spot for nothing. Fast friendly and on my way.

Phenominal Service We first phoned not one, but two supposedly highly recommended places and found out that we could only make an appointment when it suited them--they weren't open for walk-ins. Lite Lift Blinds If you are in the market for blinds, there is no better option than Amazing Window Fashions. We shopped around diligently and found Alex and team to be the most proficient and cost effective solution for our Lite-Lift blinds. Very knowledgeable in the space and great insights to share during design phase. The installation and customer service thereafter was very professional. We would recommend without reservation as you won't be disappointed.
Great installation and service We have used Amazing Window Fashions in our previous home in Richmond Hill and most recently, our new home in downtown Toronto. Alex has been wonderful in working with us throughout the process. Installation was great. We had some manufacturing problems with the Hunter Douglas dual shades. Alex had to reorder the shades for us 3 times and tirelessly came back a few times to uninstall and re-install the shades for us. We truly appreciate his patience and service.
Wonderful Roller shutters, great installation We just had exterior roller shutters installed at our home by Amazing Window Fashions. From the beginning we were impressed with the professionalism and assistance of Marianne and Matthew in the showroom and order desk; the estimate of when they would be ready was quite accurate. blind Repairs Had lots of problems with our blinds originally installed through a purchase with Costco. Alex took the time to repair the blinds in a timely fashion and was super friendly and professional. Best service for sure.
I'm a very happy customer This company deserves more than a 10 star rating. They did a terrific job of installing a number of blinds and shades in our house. When the Hunter Douglas blinds that I ordered didn't work properly Alex suggested motorized blinds and promptly replaced them for me. When there were issues with my Duettes, he came out immediately and had them repaired (twice!). Really, really happy with our Polywood shutters. We did a ton of research before deciding on the Polywood shutters from Amazing Window. I've seen them all and I don't believe there are better shutters on the market. They look fantastic. We liked Alex and his non-aggressive approach to sales. He's confident in his product and his pricing is fair. Alex "guaranteed" us that we'd be happy. And we are...100%!!
