This was our first trip to Amazing Threads and it was amazing! A little out of the way for us, but well worth the trip. Fabulous selection of yarns. Staff was most helpful in picking out yarns for specific projects we had in mind. Can't wait to go back! (have to let the bank account recuperate first!)

My favorite LYS in the Twin Cities. An enormous selection of quality yarns. Lots of completed samples. Fun accessories. The sales staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful, but not pushy. There are several yarn shops closer to me, but this one is worth the drive.

What an amazing find! In town on business a few days and staying nearby this lovely store. Heather was so helpful to me yesterday and just so friendly and welcoming. They have so many kinds of yarn! I will say that I have had 2 less then stellar occurrences at this store with a particular employee, BUT I will also tell you that regardless of the situation Bobbi will go out of her way to help make it right. Bobbie herself is a reason to keep coming back if not the yarn. Not every employee shares that mentality there and that is unfortunate, but the quality of yarn and the other employees there that do care surely make up for it. This is the best yarn shop in my experience. Customers are always greeted and offered assistance. The yarn selection is exceptional and I have found the pricing to be competitive. I have found clearance yarns to complete major projects and not just one or two of a certain yarn. I feel very fortunate to have this gem of a shop so close to home.
