Try hiring nicer, mature staff who actually act like they want to serve the customers. Maybe even a nice greeting at the door would be nice. Or try coaching the attitude chick not to throw the customer's credit card down when they're done with it. Handing it back nicely would've sufficed. I generally tip everyone who is kind to me even when I'm ordering takeout but nope - not today. Today I ordered takeout and left a big 'ol $0! Poor service indeed.
horable serves. people waiting to order and the waiting staff forgets they were there. I've been coming here since they opened and recommended this place to many. not anymore. this place has gone down hill in the past year. new wait staff all the time. to bad because, I love the food there.
RecommendedTheir food used to be decent but as of last week, whomever started cooking the food, is FANTASTIC. My Pad Kee Mao is better than ever! Tastes like how they make it in Washington State!!! We will come more often now!

If you order it delivered to your home and they forget something they will only offer a refund on the item they missed, a store credit or you to drop what you are doing to come get it. If I didn’t want to eat (refund or credit) I would not have ordered anything and if I wanted to come get it, I wouldn’t have paid extra for delivery. I used to think they were only closed on Mondays, but it looks like quality customer service has the entire week off.
