I cannot recommend Amazing Smiles Orthodontics enough! The customer service here is amazing and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I really appreciated the short wait times—I was in and out so quickly. Most importantly, they actually take the time to explain exactly what to do with my treatment so I never feel lost. Everyone is very nice and professional. 5 stars all the way!
The staff were always courteous and my daughter’s teeth look great! Dr. Normatov did a great job, her attention to details prevented future problems and she completed the job within the time frame that she promised.
I was really excited to start my treatment here after seeing so many great reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. The orthodontist came in with an attitude that made it seem like she didn’t want to be there. While the X-ray technician and the rest of the staff were kind, the doctor did not take the time to explain my condition, the treatment plan, or how we would move forward.
