Horrible experience. Went in for a crown and root canal. I've had to go back Three times because they can't seem to get the molding right for my crown. All I hear are a bunch of excuses. Asked for the office manager to call me before I go get yet ANOTHER molding for my crown. No one has reached out yet. I've spent THOUSANDS and this is the type of service I'm receiving. Buyer beware! Once I FINALLY get this taken care of, I'll be seeking another dentist office to handle my dental needs.

Made an appointment and paid in advance. Then recieved and email that the dates we planned were not available. Sent email back that since I was not able to come on the agreed date stated BEFORE money was sent that I would like a refund. I live in Mississippi and I had already planned to take that time to get the work done and could not change dates. They have REFUSED to give me my $5000.00 back and even sent me a bill saying I owe another $10,000.00. They have NEVER even seen me. I sent them the xrays they have done nothing ... read more
