Quality of braces are very poor breaks Down in a short time . They make appointment but keep you waiting outside for 2 hours until get called . Poor customer relationship and respect

There have been a few times that we had to wait a long time in a busy small waiting room. The t.v. was not working for one visit. Bring something to do for the children. Plan extra time for your office visit, and try for early morning appointments. We chose this office as they offer to take our current dental insurance. The staff is generally pleasant, and kind to the children. But they are usually in a hurry and do not explain everything. You have to ask and then they can be very helpful.

this office was terrible. I had fillings done and 1 year later they are chipping off completely. I do take care of my teeth, so i know it can't just be me. My new dentist now has to do a $3000 treatment on my mouth because they are redoing all the work that Amazing Smiles did. The dentist from amazing smiles chipped of my enamel and didn't do anything about it. there were overhangs on my fillings, which is why when i floss or brush my teeth bits and pieces of the composite material are coming off. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! Very disappointing dentistry. Appointment was re-scheduled for a half hour later, then the day of the appointment it took almost two hours for them to get me back into a room and start the procedure. Was also given misleading information about the exact procedures taking place. Dentist did not state anymore additional procedures would take place, but upon completion of the initial procedure, the dentist stated that I needed to have a crown put in but the crown being used was ironically the only one not covered by insurance. ... read more
