Just found out that these people are out of business. In response to a warranty issue regarding a nonworking window, broken appointments to fix the issue was the norm. That evolved into total lack of response. I expect that these names will pop up again in another home repair or remodeling type business. If you see the names BIRNER or WILCOX, you have been forewarned.

I have beeen trying to resolve warranty problems with windows for NINE years... Receive promises from tech on site but now followup. Windows are no longer made and was promised replacements. Today saw an evication notice from thier space taped to the door. And I had thought I was playing it "safe" when purchasing from a dealer vs. handyman. Nothing but challenges, lies and deception from early on....

We bought new windows a few years ago from Amazing Siding and Windows. We are having a problem with one of our windows and have been trying to get help from them since late November or early December 2017. It is now February 2018 and they have told us that they have the new window but cannot get it installed for 30 to 45 days. We have sold our home and need a letter or email simply stating that they will fix the window and there will be no charge. Do not do business with these guys! At first, they seemed great- very punctual meeting with us, getting information, etc. As soon as installation started, things started going south. First, they promised they would get us pain that matches the siding to paint our cement. As soon as we keep bugging them for it (several calls) we were told they don't do that, but ended up giving us some anyways. Terrible customer service. No call back when you leave a message and when they say they will call you back, there is no follow through. Wanted repair work done and contacted them in May and we are still waiting. Part of repair work we are to pay for and part is under warranty. I was called a month ago and told the warranty claim was approved but now they can't find it. Still waiting to hear back and in 2 days it will be October - 5 months and still waiting.

Had hail damage on siding from March, 2017 storm. Got siding from Amazing Siding 18 years ago. Representative came to our home, said the color is not made anymore, not under warranty past 10 years (even though we were told lifetime warranty back when we got it). Amount to fix home is over what insurance adjustor estimated. Said to pick a new color, write a check for $2500 and they would contact insurance adjustor and get back with us. That was May 23, 2017, the check cashed immediately and we have not received any call backs... read more

Amazing Siding installed windows in our house, they were more expensive than other companies but with their reputation we would spend a little to get a quality product. Not the case. After only a few months we started to have a brown residue form in between the glass panes. We called and they claimed our warranty was with the manufacturer and not them. I contacted Amazing Siding to schedule a repair on the siding they had installed. I was told I had to pay for the service first. When I told them that was not a good business practise, I was told if I chose to use another company it would void my lifetime warranty (which doesn't cover the service, just the siding, and apparently not the soffit material either). So, they have me over a barrel. Either I pay before receiving the repair, or I lose my flimsy warranty. At least I can tell people about their crazy customer service.... read more
