My husband and I had an absolute pleasure working with Vik. We first met Vik in 2020, in the heart of the COVID 19 pandemic. Had a great experience working with Vic. He set up motorized shades for me in a rental that had manual shades only. When I moved out, they helped me remove my motor, and make the rentals shades manual again. We brought my motor to a new rental, where he installed it to the existing shades there, and added 2 more motors to the other existing windows. I have used this company in the last two years for shades in my penthouse and Vick is very reliable and competent. He was standing out compared to the other guys who were trying to sell me more than what I needed. Vick was always doing the right thing and getting me the best technology available for the best price with great service.
