It's a good thing we got the holes in the canvas fixed before we left because we are still waiting on someone to call us to get our credit card info to replace a valance which also has a hole in it. Also waiting on paperwork for the air conditioner. We were given keys that don't work & the lock on the door came out on the key all of which is under warranty but "warranty money takes a long time to get". Worked with Kenny for months on choosing the right things for our custom order toyhauler. Throughout all my questions and concerns he was always available, patient and extremely helpful. John went above and beyond in helping us adjust our personal hitch on our way out. A minor issue appeared once home and now Kevin in service is gratefully tending to us.
