I bought a NEW Forest River MotorHome from a large RV dealer. After dealing with a large RV store it was refreshing to walk into a store where I was immediately greeted by a friendly young man Kenny. Who introduced me to service manager Ralph. Between Ralph and Tracy they were able to help me figuare out what parts I needed to fix a issue that the original dealer did not want to deal with.
