I needed to have a good amount of carpet cleaned and last minute. A good handful of people suggested Amazing Results, so I reached out to Todd. He was quick to respond, answered all my questions and was kind enough to reshuffle some of his schedule to get me in for a last minute carpet cleaning. Although I was unable to use their services due to flooding, Todd was very open and honest and explained why he was unable to help me, and told me it would be a waste of my money. How refreshing to have someone so honest. I will definitely look into using them in the future for my cleaning needs.
