I'm writing this review because I was on the phone with my friend while she was still sitting in the salon and again after she left. I listened to her cry throughout what was supposed to be a happy experience, and it was heartbreaking. This appointment was for her birthday, and she was so excited. While she was still in the chair, she kept telling me that the braids didn't look anything like the reference photo she and the stylist had agreed on. Tried a new spot since my go to person is away for a few months and the ladies here did NOT disappoint. Got boho braids and they came out amazing! Very clean work ensured perfect hair parting. Highly recommend!
