Worst place to go to, they will call you a day before your appointment to tell you if your insurance accept the coverage and if they don’t you have to pay out of pocket, you will wait over an hour for your appointment, I was called the day before my appointment and was told that I have to pay $200 out of pocket because my insurance doesn’t cover it. Original appointment was December 19, they called on the 18th to reschedule for the 29th because the Dr was driving to Pennsylvania and wanted to get out. Came on the 29th and waited over 1 hour past my appointment time to be seen. Will not go back there and would not recommend this place.
After x rays it took the appointment was schedule out for 3 weeks. On the day of that appointment arrived at the office 10 minutes early at 2:50 and it was closed. The tooth is infected and touch a nerve according to review of the xrays. When I called to find out why the appointment was rescheduled before our arrival they just said you can come on December 29, another 3 weeks later. This is sad and serious.
I would like to thank the staff and the long queue (July 24, 2025). Many probably waited five hours. Thank you for your work! Thank you to the queue for your patience. God bless you all. Despite the temporary inconvenience, we all coped with everything! Thank you for your kindness, accuracy, restraint. We all spent a lot of time and effort, but overall we did it! The new surgeon that they hired does not work efficiently we have been in the waiting room for 5 hours and she is starting to take people that arrived well after all they have been extremely behind all day only work once a month then the doctor was an hour late today we are still waiting currently in the waiting room for a procedure that was supposed to be done at 1:00 but yet here it is 5:00 in the business is about to close and we are told there are still six people ahead of us that arrived after us there were about 15 peo... read more
