Save yourself and go elsewhere. I get my nails and toes done on the regular at my salon in Phoenix but met up with a gf over here to get pedis and they were SUPER RUDE and RUSHED. Worst pedi experience I’ve had. She half massaged my legs AFTER she painted my toes, as if it was an after thought. Plus the two gel colors I picked they didn’t have. Made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her. Definitely won’t be returning. Not sure the pricing for other services as nothing is listed but I paid $40 for a gel pedi.
I just sat and waited for almost an hour with zero service at all… I walked in needing a fill and polish and I understand that I obviously didn’t have an appointment which is why I very specifically asked if they had time to do it or if I should come back later. The owner assured me that he had time to do it and told me he would be with me in a few minutes. I signed in, sat and waited, And was not acknowledged again for the entire 48 minutes I sat there. I love Award Nails! The nail techs are great, atmosphere is nice, never had a bad experience. I always recommend Award Nails to my friends that either want nails or already have them and are not "dedicated" to a certain salon. I am dedicated to Award so I always put in a good word. Thanks so much!!
Amy, Michael and the rest of the staff there always do amazing work. I’ve worn nails off and on for years and this is the only time I’ve never had anything lift (my nails are very curved) I never got anywhere else
