Usually not bad but today I had new girl that was very rough and I thought she was running a race. No relaxation at all! Threw some lotion on, rubbed up and down Maybe 3 times, then hot towel and that’s it and that quick. Prices raised too.
Worst customer service from an older lady technician then they preceded to make us wait for hours before my granddaughter got her nails done after I complained about the for mentioned technician. It took over 4 hours to get to sets of acrylic sets put on. NEVER coming here again.

RecommendedAmy is the greatest, She always does a amazing job in waxing and nails. I've been going to Award Nails and Spa for 7 years and wont go any other place. I recently moved back to Casa Grande, Az last year and I will keep going to see Amy at Award Nail and Spa.
