Not so amazing. Nails are thick and the shaping is off. I need to file them myself.
First time visit and got an appointment with Anna ,her service was above and beyond. I showed her the picture and she did exactly the same. Store atmosphere was nice, Anna was really sweet.
My recent experience here was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The nail technician was not only unprofessional, but consistently rude and dismissive the entire appointment. From the start, he didn’t acknowledge me at all - no greeting, no eye contact, and no effort to ask what I wanted. He just started. When I politely asked for a rounded/oval tip instead of a sharp, pointed shape, he scoffed and insisted the tips were already round (they weren’t - they were very sharp and claw-like).
