Walked just now there was no one inside waited for like 5 min for me to be told that there was no time he’s closed waiting for another appointment. I said ok fine can I do toes he said it’s $12 I said ok does that include cuticle cutting he said no just painting. Horrible service I was ready to spend 150+ for nails and toes

The guy doing nails is nice and the lady at the front but I had to go back twice before 2 weeks because multiple nails lifted (I was charged for one of the fixes.) Then now, 2 more have lifted. I wfh and don't do anything strenuous so not sure why this is happening. I was told due to the previous place I went to but it's happening at the cuticle where it was filled not the top and the acrylic isn't old.
