I have been going to Amazing Nails for a long time and loved their service until today. Went in and lady that was giving me pedicure was rushing. She then went to help another customer and I then stated I had to leave to get my kids by 5:30 which I didn’t expect to be sitting here waiting when a pedicure normally only takes 30 minutes. She did my nails but you could tell wasn’t happy. I go to pay and I asked for a basic gel pedicure which cost me $54. Please explain that to me when it has always been around $33 or so.

This place was great! Came here on a whim with no appointment but we called 10 minutes before. They gave us amazing service and were all so kind! Very calm environment and the establishment is clean and well kept!

I have been going to Amazing Nails for years now . Never had a problem yesterday until the owner didn’t do my services but the Person who did my nails the Man told me one prices she told me another. They overcharged me for some nails that wasn’t the prices . When do yall start charging extra for short nails ???? I won’t be going back , Amazing Nails lost me as a customer .

This place will be out of business if they treat customers like nobody, credit card service charge was applied and the person will always look at how much you tip and their behavior depends on how much you tip during your walk out the salon. I would not recommend them.
