Our first time in the home buying experience and they did not help or assist whatsoever! The process was very rushed no questions were ever answered and we moved in too SOOO many issues after signing! Our Agent was Judith and I believe she was new or maybe just overwhelmed there were so many times she told me “ we were here not her problem or that’s not her problem” and she would not respond for days!
