I am wanting to share my horrible experience as a seller. I am having issues with my AS IS contract. Buyer never showed professional estimates and was able to say whatever they thought cost would be. My agent Janette did not represent myself correctly. In order to continue I had to agree on a price cut of $12,000. As a neutral agent she could have made us in the loop on cost of repairs to tallying up the 10 percent of damages per our contingency. This led us not to renogiate the price and no deal. Janette was very professional and communicative during the process of selling my mom’s trailer. She got everything listed in a timely manner, always checked in before showing the home, included us in open house events, worked with us on negotiating the sale and eventually sold it within our original contracted time frame. She was a joy to work with and we are very grateful to her!
