Amazing is right!! But be sure you have the right Amazing Locksmith Service...I have called on Gary Harris for 5 yrs now on every lock issue we have had. From autos to housing, etc, he has always been professional, expedient, fair and honest. He has always stood behind his service and products when a problem arose. His prices are more than fair, he deserves more than he charges!! We will never use another Locksmith!
We are a member of the BBB with good standings meaning we have no unresolved complaints. We have done over 6000 service calls over the last 4 years and try to make everybody happy! If a service tech hits an a customer let me know and they will be terminated immediately. Our lockout service starts at $45.
Fast Service – I went there to get my 2010 Kia Soul keyless entry programmed. I already got the remote online for about $35 and they charged $80 to program it. I did find that a bit higher than I expected but they got it done in about 5 mins. I had a great experience when I was there.
NEVER AGAIN!!!! – They came 3 hours late, had no idea how to open my car, and then tried to charge me a ton of money. The guy was disgusting and unprofessional, will never call this company again, stay away!!!!
Horrible Experience – Don't use them, they were late, rude, and did a horrible job. My houselocks and doors are now ruined and the creep that did it even tried to hit on me!! Will never use this service again. I think all the good reviews about them on here are by the owners.
These folks are insane – We run several small businesses all over Texas. We decided to go with someone who was local. We use locksmiths all the time, but we figured if we used a local business, we would have a more personable experience, and a better price. BOY, WERE WE WRONG! The repair guy is nice. But his wife runs the "office" side of the business, and she really has a screw loose. She's rude. Amazing is right ! – The technician showed up quickly, and conducted the work professionally. He explained in detail the work he was doing, and explained the price. After calling many of the establishments that were unsure they could complete the work. I found their rates to be the best in Austin.
Best locksmith in Austin – Amazing Locksmith is a true Austin business!! They are fast and VERY affordable. I strongly recomend calling these guys first for any lock related issues.
