I got pink eye and had to miss a week of work after coming to this salon and not one manager returned my emails with photo proof.
In short….. appointment was made for a full set I received a refill. Charged my card that was on file for a full set instead of a refill without notice to the customer of the additional charges, checking historical information of services rendered, or checking with the person that completed the service. Luckily my card alert came through with 2 charges. Freaking amazing staff very professional
Angelica is soooo good! The best one!!! Has my lashes looking perfect every time
I had to return 3 days in a row because my eyelashes kept failing off in patches and then excuse was they received a bad batch of glue ,same problem persists,not driving 45 min out of my way twice just to get this fixed, staff is friendly and welcoming though.
