HORRIBLE! Hello I recently had an appointment here and after reading the salon's response to my sister's review, I'm even more disappointed. UPDATE: DON'T GO HERE! The salon's response takes zero accountability. I called during the appointment at 3:03, just 3 minutes after her 3:00 booking, to confirm we booked a Classic set. I was told the tech "already started" impossible in that time frame, since setup alone takes longer. Your claim that pricing was "explained beforehand" contradicts that excuse: if it was truly explained upfront, we wouldn't be here, bunch of lies. My lashes are not properly curled and I told her twice to fix them but she didn’t listen both eyes look different because of how she was being ignorant and not listening to her client I wouldn’t ever go here ever again I wasted my money here it’s been one week and there not lifted anymore and they said the lash lift would stay for at least 6 to 8 weeks but it’s gone in the first week I’m so disappointed and upset.
