The owner was so rude, nothing about the services more about the owner or idk if she’s a manager but she’s an Asian lady in her late 60s I believe wearing these brown booties all the time. I was actually a customer at Crumbl while I saw her harass the Crumbl working telling her that she has to immediately change the music if not she was going to file a complaint with the property owners, the poor girl was confused, and than proceeded to tell her that the music that was playing doesn’t go along with their store. Today, I went to have an eyelash refill. My last services were with Carrie and she was amazing performance and personality wise. The only reason I didn’t go back with her was because of scheduling conflicts. Today, I went to a new person, Josephine. After she completed my refill and I looked in the mirror on the wall, I noticed areas that needed a cluster of eyelashes. Highly recommend getting lashes done by Carrie! Truly the best. Extremely professional and kind hearted. I’ve never been happier with my lashes and their retention is better than I ever thought possible. Best service!

I've been going to this location for half a year now, and every experience I've ever had here has been amazing! I've been getting my lashes done by Carrie the past two times, and I'm amazed at how many compliments I get on how gorgeous my lashes look and how long they last despite me being very active and sweaty/oily. I would 100% recommend this location and Carrie to be your lash tech. You'll be hooked!
