Update: After learning that the owner, Alex, called me, I returned their call. The receptionist told me my membership was canceled because Alex did not like my review. She told me it could be reinstated if I talk to Alex. So my three stars with a recommendation has been changed to one star with no recommendation. I spent $597.29 from March 8 – June 14, plus $110 in tips to multiple stylists for classic eyelashes, no extra volume.
