The 2 stars are for the only 2 techs that are amazing! Kierra and Jessica. Now for the front desk, they have the worst attitude, unprofessional attire, and very unwelcoming feeling when entering. The manager you would think would be just that a MANAGER! Being that my appointment was rescheduled due to not knowing I was unable to bring my baby to my appointment. I called to schedule an appointment and was quoted $99 for a classic service. I booked for 12:30 based on that price. During the call, she briefly mentioned another option for $129, so I asked about it and suddenly I was told that was the only option available and that I would have to purchase that one. So why even advertise or mention the $99 service if it’s not actually available? It feels misleading. I have been a member at Amazing Lash on Greenville Ave in Dallas, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Every time I made an appointment, the lash tech was not ready at my scheduled time, and I was left waiting. On multiple occasions, my lashes began falling out almost immediately after leaving — sometimes even getting into my eye, which was uncomfortable and frustrating. I am a bridesmaid this weekend so I paid nearly $200 for a set that started falling out the same day. I feel kinda cheated so I have set another appointment for tomorrow for the master stylist to look and possibly refill them, hopefully she doesn't charge me full price. No too happy at this point so I would not recommend this location.
